^^ That is some nice stuff right there, but not nearly enough to get me buy PS3 with the current price. IF price drop would come soon (which I doubt) PS3 would get some serious air under its wings.

It's pretty hard to sell PS3 games (even good ones) if there is not enough PS3 users.
37 Wii games is not even a problem, Wii has huge user base already, easy to sell.
Just go and buy Sonic Mega Collection for old xbox. It works perfectly fine with 360 and you get all the different sonic games, the good old ones.

Messenger in 360 is in its first phase. User feedback is important. I find it really cool though.
Lack of Divx support seems to be the biggest lowdown to people, but they never promised it, just rumors. Lets hope it comes with next update, when ever it is.

Multiplatform games for 360/PS3 are pretty much the same IF they are done at once, but if some game goes multiplatform after being "exclusive" first couple of months, the port is usually lower quality product.
Assassin's Creed was first announced as exclusive to PS3 but later they announced it will be done for both PS3/360. So, I am pretty sure it will be quite similar in both.
